Founder’s Award History

Quelqueshoe Lodge 166

The Founder’s Award was created in 1981 to honor and recognize those Arrowmen who have given outstanding service to the lodge. The award is reserved for an Arrowman who demonstrated to his brothers that he memorializes in his everyday life the spirit of achievement as described by founder E. Urner Goodman and co-founder Carroll A. Edson. The award is a bronze medallion bearing the likeness of E. Urner Goodman and Carroll A. Edson with a wooden base. The reverse side reads, “For he who serves his fellows is, of all his fellows, greatest!” Click here to watch the OA’s informational video on the Founder’s Award.
